Food Service:
Registered Dietitian
The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the evaluation of all major functions of the Food Service Department, which includes coordinating services to ensure high statndards of food production and service and adequate nutritional care. Works closely with and consults with the Food Service Manager and the CEO on findings and recommendations. Responsible for providing nutrition education for CMCI, Inc. Food Service and diet instruction/education for CMC inpatients and outpatients. Responsible for Nutrition Assessments and Nutrition Care Plans of residents identified by CDM at PSLC.
Environmental Services:
ES Tech/Laundry Tech
Full-time and Part-time
Cleans and services CMCI building areas, moves furniture, equipment, and supplies in and around CMCI departments, and performs a variety of environmental services and other duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Health Information:
Manager, Full-time
Directs and supervises medical record functions provided in the Health Information Department. Provides for conformance to legal, professional, and accreditation standards.
Nursing Services:
Acute Care/Special Care Manager
Part-time (nights)
Under the supervision and direction of an RN, assists professional nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities and related nonprofessional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.
Under the supervision of the Department Director and/or Nurse Supervisor, coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other health care team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Rehab Services:

The Rehabilitation Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the directing of all aspects of service within the Rehabilitation Services Department.  These services include Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. 


Prairie Senior Living Complex:

Administrative Assistant

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Administrator and Director of Nursing with management assignments and various administrative duties while obtaining confidential information.Nursing Services:

Certified Nursing Aide
Full-time and Part-time
Under the supervision and direction of an RN, assists professional nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities and related nonprofessional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, coordinates total nursing care for residents, participates in resident, employee, and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with all other members of the health care team.
Food Services:
Relief Diet Aide/Dishwasher
Responsible for the routine duties related to the preparation and serving of food, including setting up dining rooms for meals, cleaning dining rooms after meals, serving resident meals and preparing resident snacks.

Family Center for Health Care:

Responsible for daily posting of payments and adjustments to patient's accounts from thrid-party payers. Manages denied claims and open claims process. Familiar with and able to discuss claims issues with insurance companies and account details with patients.
Medical Receptionist
Greets, instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Health & Dental Insurance:  Coverage includes Preventive Care Plan, Prescription Drug Plan, and Citizens Medical Center Pharmacy discount.  Employee eligible for premium discount after 2 years of service.   

Vision Source:  Employee pays no premium for coverage.  Provides discounts on eye exams, contacts, lenses, and frames at Drs. Morrison and Wahlmeier in Colby, KS. 

Retirement Plans: Roth IRA: employee eligible to begin saving immediately, CMCI match beginning on 1 year anniversary, vested after 5 years of service. 

Life Insurance:  CMCI provides coverage equal to two times employee’s annual income (capped at $300,000).  Employee may purchase additional coverage.  

Group Long Term Disability:  Coverage provided by CMCI for all full-time employees. 

Differential and Certification pay:  Eligible employees receive shift, weekend, & holiday differential; along with advance certificate pay.
