The Cafeteria Aide is responsible for setting up the cafeteria prior to coffee breaks and meal service, opening and closing the cash register, documenting the number of meals and the amount of cash receipts daily, planning, preparing, and serving cold foods needed for the salad bar, serving the cafeteria customers, assists the A.M. Diet Aide in setting up breakfast trays, and all other assigned or scheduled sanitation procedures pertaining to the cafeteria area.
 
Environmental Services:

Cleans and services CMCI building areas, moves furniture, equipment, and supplies in and around CMCI departments, and performs a variety of environmental services and other duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Under the supervision and direction of an RN, assists professional nursing staff by performing basic patient care activities and related nonprofessional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.

Family Center for Health Care:

LPN or Medical Assistant
Full-timeLPN - Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting by obtaining vitals and preparing the patient for the provider exam including the nursing assessment of the patient.  The nurse is also responsible for performing CLIA waived labs, performing diagnostic testing, administering injections and immunizations and the management of IV patients under the supervision of a physician or nurse practitioner.  The office LPN is responsible for coordinating patient care with other health care providers, communication with patients in regards to prescription refills, facilitates on-going care and the coordination of care and through provider direction reports lab and diagnostic results, filling out appropriate forms associated with the patient visit, filling out paperwork for insurance companies, other health care providers and other organizations.

Medical Receptionist
Full-time
Greets, instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors. Serves as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.

Vision Source:  Employee pays no premium for coverage.  Provides discounts on eye exams, contacts, lenses, and frames at Drs. Morrison and Wahlmeier in Colby, KS. 

Retirement Plans: Roth IRA: employee eligible to begin saving immediately, CMCI match beginning on 1 year anniversary, vested after 5 years of service. 

Life Insurance:  CMCI provides coverage equal to two times employee’s annual income (capped at $300,000).  Employee may purchase additional coverage.  

Group Long Term Disability:  Coverage provided by CMCI for all full-time employees. 

Differential and Certification pay:  Eligible employees receive shift, weekend, & holiday differential; along with advance certificate pay.
